Acceptable Forms of ID

所有证件须包含：照片、外貌特征、签名、证件编号。
All IDs must include a photo, physical description, signature, and ID/serial number.

预约须知

Before Your Appointment

• 当面签署：除非文件明确另有要求，请在公证员面前签名。
  Sign in presence unless the document specifically requires otherwise.

• 文件完整：准备好未签名的正本，所有页面（含附件/空白页）一并携带。
  Bring the complete, unsigned original with all pages/attachments.

• 姓名一致：文件上的姓名应与身份证件一致；如不一致，请携带支持性材料。
  Names on the document should match your ID; bring supporting docs if not.

• 证人要求：某些文件需额外证人。可自带两位不相关成年人，或我们可协助安排（可能收费）。
  Some documents require witnesses. Bring two impartial adult witnesses or we can help arrange (fees may apply).

• 未成年人文件：与护照/旅行同意相关，通常需到场的父/母或法定监护人及其身份证件。
  For minor passport/travel consents, a parent/guardian must usually appear with valid ID.

• 语言：我们提供中文与英文沟通；如您需要翻译，请提前说明。
  We provide Chinese/English support; let us know if translation is needed.

费用与上门费

Fees & Travel

• 费用按加州法规及文件类型计费；上门、停车、加急与非工作时段可能额外收费。
  Fees comply with California law; mobile/travel, parking, rush, and after-hours may incur additional charges.

• 预约时将根据文件数量、地点与时间给出估价。
  We’ll provide an estimate based on document count, location, and time.
