阿肯色州公证认证办理提醒

Apostilles are issued by the office of Mark Martin Arkansas Secretary of State through the office of State Business and Commercial Services BCS  in Little Rock Arkansas.

Documents have to be translated into English in case they are written in a foreign language.

Documents must be correctly notarized with a jurat statement, see image. The acknowledgment statement should be for each individual signature.

Documents should be issued by Public County, State and District officials, Registrars form Department of Health and Vital Statistics. William Adams , Michael Adams or Mischelle Priebe State Registrar.

Academic documents such as diplomas, transcripts and general school records issued  by the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, University of Arkansas at Little Rock, Arkansas State University Jonesboro, University of Central Arkansas Conway, University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences at Little Rock, Harding University and Arkansas Tech University among others, must be notarized by the school registrar prior to be presented for apostille.
