公证认证办理简述
任何在美国的个人或公司文件，拿到越南使用，都需要做使馆认证（Legalization and Authentication ），在递交越南使馆之前，您都先得完成文件的公证和州务卿认证。一般美国的州务卿分两种：Apostille 和 Certificate of Authentication，如果您去越南使用的话，请记得选择 Authentication，如果是 Apostille 海牙认证，则越南使馆不接受。当您完成了 Authentication 则可递交越南使馆。如果您是递交越南驻华盛顿大使馆的话，那么您还得先完成美国国务院认证（State Department）。
